Present the economic evaluation approach used to assess a digital platform that supports integrated home care, which was developed in the ProACT and SEURO projects. Cost-utility analysis based on quality-of-life measures, healthcare utilisation, and social impact indicators, is used to procure the evidence needed for local reimbursement by third-party payers (EHTEL Symposium, 2023).
