This project aims to foster a vibrant and inclusive learning community for postdoctoral researchers and academic staff at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) by engaging them in VLIR-UOS-supported projects. Through this initiative, we seek to enhance international collaboration and research skills by connecting VUB researchers with institutions in VLIR-UOS-supported countries, particularly in Tanzania, Cuba, Uganda, and South Africa. Our goal is to empower VUB researchers to co-create innovative solutions to development challenges in these regions, aligning with the VLIR-UOS country reference frameworks on sustainable development, quality education, and inclusive partnerships.
