January 25-27, 2012 Organisation International Conference Computers, Privacy & Data Protection 2012 (CPDP): European Data Protection: Coming of Age georganiseerd in Les Halles (Schaarbeek). 5th Edition, 600 participants &150 speakers The programme comprises more than 40 different panels covering a broad range of topics. Every year the 28th of January is European Privacy Day. All over the world debates are organized about Facebook, minicomputers, electronic listening devices and privacy protection. Between the 25th and the 27th of January around 750 scientists, NGO's and professionals debate on topics like geolocation, social network sites, e-identity, surveillance in the working environment, reliability and communication of personal privacy and data protection.
