The right to food allows people to live a dignified life and enables the fulfilment of various rights such as health and life. This research addresses the right to food technical-legal perspectives, highlighting ecological agricultural production as a material guarantee. The main research question: what is the first and most important material guarantee of the right to food? The general objective is assessing the ecological agricultural production validity as a right to food material guarantee. The research is structured in two parts; the first part constitutes the research legal theoretical basis, where food sovereignty and food security are defined as terms that complement the right to food; and the second part is based on the legal theoretical aspects that define ecological agricultural production as a right to food material guarantee. The research methods used are: historical-legal, legal-doctrinal, legal comparison, analytical-legal and document analysis, and the techniques of document filing, legal interpretation and document review. Main result is based on obtaining the main bases for ecological agricultural production as the right to food first material guarantee.
