Description
This digital informative and interactive session aimed at providing students with an appropriate understanding of the legal framework for cross-border debt recovery in the EU. In particular, the lecture was focused on discussing the European Enforcement Order, the European Payment Order and the European Small Claims Procedure Regulation, as well as touch on empirical research conducted in the context of these instruments. The lecture was delivered as part of the course on International Private Law organized by Prof. dr. Jachin Van Doninck.
