On Monday 20 November 2023, I chaired and moderated the fourth edition of the Egmont Deterrence and Arms Control Conversations, co-organised with Karen van Loon (Junior Researcher at the Egmont Institute). During the event, Fabian Hoffmann (Doctoral Research Fellow at the Oslo Nuclear Project at the University of Oslo) delivered a presentation titled 'Assessing the Counterforce Capabilities of Conventional Long-Range Strike Weapons'.
