Presentation and discussion of results by the project partners. Discussion and agreements concerning the exchange of samples for experiments envisioned in the different working packages, experiments involving more than one partner, and designing the future work in the project. Meeting with the advisory board of the FIBRAXFUN project composed of a number of middle and large companies in the agrifood-bakery sector.
