Subcontractor for GROW Unit G4 - specific contract BEACON-000067 under FWC DIGIT/2020/OP/0005 Lot 2cascade: " eInvoicing –Country factsheets and Support and Consultancy services "
Main tasks include:
1. Coordination of external contractors-experts in the field of eInvoicing (Directive 2014/55/EU).
2. Advice to DG GROW on the eInvoicing issues and eProcurement topics, will support in liaising and
updating the information in relevant instances on eInvoicing (including country factsheet information
published in eInvoicing Building Blocks website, in collaboration with DG DIGIT).
3. Support DG GROW in the coordination with the standardization bodies, such as CEN TC 434 and
relevant standardisation work.
4. Support DG GROW with follow-up of the CEN TC 434 deliverables under the current Grant Agreement.
5. Update the eInvoicing related information on the Commission website and expand with new sections,
where necessary.
6. Support DG GROW in the preparation of feedback, reports and briefings related to the topics covered
by this contract.
7. Support DG GROW in the preparation of meetings and presentations with internal colleagues or
external stakeholders
