Description

Dr. Melanier Beasley is currently Haslam Postdoctoral Fellow, Department of Anthropology, Forensic Anthropology Center, University of Tennesse, Knoxville.

Her visit falls in the framework of a joint project to use stable isotopes on the vast amount of well-characterized human bones donated to the Forensic Anthropology Center (or the body farm). This makes it possible to calibrate for example human paleo-diet or ancient migration studies.
