PANELFIT has produced a Critical Analysis which aims at extensively elaborating on ethical and legal issues within the GDPR. These have been structured into 3 main pillars: data commercialisation, informed consent, and (cyber)security. The Mutual Learning Encounter regarding the Critical Analysis will help identify gaps and issues to be improved as well as bring forth other ethical and legal questions.
