The Senior Medical School is an innovative learning and health program that promotes an intensive, hands-on, and participatory training experience.
Over the course of one week, participants gain useful knowledge and strategies to improve their health and well-being through an interactive and practical methodology, with activities focused on everyday life — from nutrition and physical activity to the management of chronic diseases.
