Description
The INEMAP (Institut Européen de Management Public) of the ULB organizes a 2 years cycle of training in Local Public Management. In this context, I’ve been in charge of 5 hours of classes entitled “Le temps de l’entropie : le logement”. These are followed by a written exam (to be evaluate in the first semester of 2020). The students are Municipal and OCMW officials. Time spent : 24 hours.
