Who am I?: an overview of the literature regarding identity in residential youth care

This presentation was delivered during a professionalisation day (10 October) for the coordinators and care-givers of the youth care facilities participating in the FWO-JEZZ! project “Who am I?”. The aim of the presentation was to provide a conceptual framework for how we, as researchers on this project, understand and approach identity, followed by an overview of existing theoretical and empirical literature on identity development within youth care contexts.
