Description
A comparative and publicly available dataset containing 192 countries that includes the Schooled Society Index, an indicator mapping the centrality of schooling in a country. The dataset also includes two scales reflecting subdimensions of the schooled society (i.e., the “institutionalization of schooling” and “school-based allocation"), as well as 12 indicators (constructed and collected from internationally comparable country-level data sources) that are included in these indices.
Abstract
