Description
Transcriptional alterations during the first hours of hepatic stellate cell activation were determined using RNA Sequencing. Cultured hepatic stellate cells were collected for RNA Sequencing at several timepoints during the first 24 hours. Illumina NovaSeq SP was used for sequencing.
