The proposed research group aims to formalize cooperation within the research spearhead 'Change and innovation in educational contexts'. Research activities within this research spearhead focus specifically on the analysis of levers for change in educational settings. Changing processes and coping with consequences are, in fact, in today's society and all its subsystems the rule rather than the exception. This holds even more for education and training, not only because of rapid societal changes, the limited sustainability of knowledge and the role of quality education, but also because 'learning' itself has changed and adaptation to the changing learning needs of young people and adults is required.
