The department DINF is subdivided into a number of research groups: Research group on Artificial Intelligence are ARTI and COMO; SOFT is a research group software languages; WISE is a research group on innovative information systems and human-oriented aspects of applications and application engineering; and STARLab is dealing with databases and semantics of data. More information can be found on the website of the department cs.vub.ac.be.
