Astrid Verhue

Astrid Verhue is PhD student at the End-of-Life Care Research Group and Compassionate Communities Centre of Expertise. Her PhD centers on the concept of Death Literacy and aims to develop an evidence-based conceptual model of the causal relationships between Death Literacy, its determinants, and outcomes, and to test this model in practice. She obtained a master’s degree in Oriental Languages at the ULB in 2022, followed by a master’s degree in Gender & Diversity (inter-university).
