Charlotte Noël is a sociologist and an anthropologist experienced in qualitative research. Her research interests lie in tæwo research areas: (I) Social inequalities and poverty: child poverty, social work, interdisciplinary networks, network governance, coordination and cooperation, network structure; and (II) Social demography: migration behaviour and migration intentions, living environment and health. Her current empirical research pays particular attention to:

·      The migration behaviour and migration intentions of Brussels residents

·      Population needs and urban policy

·      Geographies of green and quiet spaces in Brussels

·      The relation between living environment and well-being
