Expertise

I am a researcher specializing in Work- and Industrial psychology, with a focus on the dynamic interplay between job demands, job resources, and burnout. My work aims to understand the mechanisms driving employee well-being and the development of burnout through advanced methodologies, including longitudinal modeling, multilevel analyses, and meta-analytic techniques. I have  experience in conducting systematic reviews and incorporating Experience Sampling Measurement (ESM) data to explore these relationships over time. Committed to transparency and rigor, I utilize preregistration and data-driven approaches to ensure the reliability of findings. Additionally, I contribute to project management, report preparation, and collaborative efforts to deliver impactful and actionable outcomes.
