Inge Placklé is a professor at the Multidisciplinary Instituut Teacher Education, Vrije Universiteit Brussel.  She wrote her PhD project on powerful learning environments in vocational education, with a focus on Project General Subjects. Later, her research focusses on vocational education in general. Her other research line is professional development of teacher teams. More recently, she is professor in the Master of Primary Education. She is chair of the group of schools of Adite.
