As recent coordinator of a Starting Grant project from the ERC (European Research Council) and of an EU-funded Future and Emerging Technologies (FET) project, Nathalie Vermeulen was appointed in 2021 by the EC as National Champion of the European Innovation Council (EIC) to help promoting the launch and rollout of this new funding program.
