Project Details
Description
Brain & behaviour is a primary research domain of the VUB. Most researchers who are active in this field, are affiliated to the Centre for Neurosciences (C4N). C4N will significantly be reinforced by translational research in neurosciences, which requires an excellent clinical neurology department at UZ Brussel. Translational research is needed to bring the existing fundamental research within the field of neurosciences from bench to daily clinical practice. This translational research offers great opportunities for the valorisation of research at Brussels Health Campus and UZ Brussel. Moreover, it will lead to numerous interactions with other primary research domains (like ‘fighting diseases’) and other scientific areas (like engineering sciences).
