The basis of this project is the conclusion that semiotic and poetic approaches of creativity exclude each other instead of complementing. The working hypothesis therefore is the development of a hermeneutic model for reading poetic texts, keeping in mind all aspects which surface in the creation-reception process according to semiotics and poetics.
