Description
Capital punishment is one of the emerging issues in the modern era, International Human Rights Law consider this punishment against the human dignity, but the classical jurists of Islamic law, do not consider capital punishment against the human dignity. Hence, there is an immense need to analyze the human dignity and capital punishment in the light of the opinions of classical and modern scholars of International Human Rights Law and Islamic law.
