Cf. project FWOAL274: This research studies the legal basis of the obligation to provide income, which rests upon principals and breadwinners as well as the legal basis of the allocation of responsibilities to the society, principal and breadwinner. We try to develop a legal framework for a coherent allocation of responsibilities.
