CHILLY : Improved cut edge corrosion protection of painted Al-rich metallic coated steel.

An important part of the project is the supply of appropriate samples in the beginning of the project and after definition of a draft corrosion mechanism. In order to simplify the search for the corrosion mechanism it is planned to split the work in three successive part: investigation of the active state with continuos wetting, investigation of dry/wet cycles as found in exterior weather conditions and the investigation of the influence of geometric effects.
