Definition of a Cost-Benefit Method to Assess the Impact of Road Safety Measures in the European Union.

The intention of our research consists of implementing an accounting expert system. This requires a logical analysis of the U&D. Supposing accounting is a communications process, functional decomposition results in three component pieces: accounting mapping, account management and decision mapping. Apart from economic analysis we will be in search of knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation and reasoning facilities referring to these three topics. Research is needed evaluationg the implementation facilities of the results obtained.
