Project Details
Description
Development of cryo-crystallography of biological-protein-samples. Development of the method in general and in particular towards synchrotron data-acquisition. We are confronted with the problem of sharp definition of extensive H-bonding networks in protein structures and in the role of H2O molecules in protein-carbohydrate interactions as manifested in high-resolution structures.
