Development of an instrument for youth effects reporting.

This researchproject explores the posibities for and the development of a policy instrument of youth impact assessment, which shall be used by the Brussels government. Youth impact assessment monitors the impact of implicit youth policy measurements on children and youth. Firstly the technical models of impact assessment will be compared. Afterwards the Brussels constutional setting will be analysed in order to define in which policy sectors the instrument will be integrated. This will lead to a instrument of youth impact assessement that is adapted to the constitutional setting and culture.
