Description
In this project we will use nanobodies that focus specifically on membrane-bound tumor antigens and develop a universal method for labeling these nanobodies with Lu-177. The labeled nanobodies will be evaluated in terms of immunoreactivity, biodistribution, tumor penetration and, finally, therapeutic potential.
