On the one hand classical tests aimed at diagnostics for children with seriousdevelopmental disorders offer too limited a vieuw on the problem,which is often multifactorial.On the other hand , developmentally disabled children experience difficulty going through these tests.This research project explores potential added value of the World Game Test in combination with a dynamically oriented learning test with respect to ( action oriented) diagnostics with young children showing serious development disorders, that is : retardation of at least one year in one more aspects of development, established by a normalized development test.To this end 150 children aged 4 to 8 with developmental disorders are testedwith the World Game and learning t(est. In addition , possible behavioral disorders are traced and family functioning will be mapped.The results will be compared with a norm group of 250 children from corresponding age groups.
