Modern computing is driven by rising computational demands and has evolved from single-core CPUs to heterogeneous architectures. Computing environments require enhanced performance for multi-objective KPIs like speed, power, and real-time. System designers face a daunting challenge in implementing features while meeting these conflicting requirements.
To address this challenge, we will introduce a robust scientific methodology encompassing programming tools, modelling abstractions and operating systems to tackle the specific problem of multi-criteria embedded system design.
