All partners of 21 + 21, learning inclusive, endorse the vision and objective to increase support and the action for trans-oriented training and development of 21st century competencies in the workplace and in companies. We aim together
● more knowledge among employees about the importance of transition-oriented and 21st century competences ánd
● more realized training to acquire it for those who now have fewer training opportunities.
