Description
The creation of the Family Court on 1 September 2014 was a significant improvement in the handling of family litigation, compared to the gas factory that family proceedings had become over time. The law of 30 July 2013 creating a family and youth court itself provided for an evaluation in the sixth year following its entry into force. Article 5 of the Act of 12 July 2021 on urgent measures relating to justice has just postponed the date for submitting the evaluation report on the family court to 30 September 2023 at the latest..
