Project Details

Description

This project mainly provides for the personnel and running cost as well as
part of the equipment required to perform the following experiments: -
Study of e+e- interactions in the CERN-LEP-DELPHI experiment - Study of
high energy e--p scattering in the DESY-HERA-H1 experiments - Search for
oscillations in the CERN-CHORUS experiment - Study of high energy
neutrinos with the AMANDA-ICE3 Cherenkov detector placed deep in the antartic
ice near the South-Pole - Preparation of the CERN-LHC-CMS experiment
concerning the study of pp-interactions at a center of mass energy of 14
TeV.
