Project Details


The aim of the project is to improve anti personnel mine (APM) detection capabilities by utilizing generalized quantum statistical methods to combine the results of various sensing modalities (Ground Penetrating Radar, Electric Impedance Tomography, IR,...) into a single state of the underground scaterrer. These single states can be distinguished from noise and other objects (eg. other mines, rocks, debris) by quantum distinguishing techniques.
