Description
the affecTive basEd iNtegrateD carE for betteR Quality of Life TeNDER project will create an integrated care ecosystem for assisting people with chronic diseases of Alzheimer’s (AD), Parkinson’s (PD) and comorbidity with Cardiovascular Diseases .
