Description

Allosteric regulation of protein are often combined with large scale movement. But many protein have developed a more subtle way to pass on the signal of binding to the active centre. Theoretically, it is prooved that changes in protein dynamics are a way to pass on the effect of binding. This research proposal is designed to test this theory in an experimental way.
