Horizontal developmentinteraction: Capacity builiding for environmental port and waterway related management in Vietnam.

This project capitalises on the capacities of both Flanders and Vietnam and aims at providing scientific support to establish an environmental management system for port areas in Vietnam. To this end not only basic monitoring data and a managerial framework are necessary. Interaction and ownership by the involvement of relevant major target groups are an essential prerequisite.
