Project Details
Description
Metastatic melanoma has a very poor prognosis and at present there is no effective treatment.
This research focuses on the analysis of the anti-tumor and anti-vaccin T cells on patients who are treated with dentritic cell vaccination, and has two goals:
1) Caracterisation of the anti vaccination T cells at the height of the injection site of the vaccine (DTH-site).
2) Follow-up of the presence of anti-tumor T cells and their (re)activation before and after the treatment.
