Interdisciplinary research concerning parttime employment.

Project Details

Description

Parttime and fulltime employees are screened and compared in a Belgian semi-public, semi-private organisation (in this case the dutch Free University Brussels). Not only labour law and its social security consequences are considered, also group variables as sexe, age, etc. are taken in account. We also use different mathematical models to compare carreerpatterns, wastage and promotions, aside of employee satisfaction about their jobs, mobility and segregation.
