Description
In the MOTIF research project we aim to develop new nanobodies against a T-cell-specific membrane protein. These nanobodies will be conjugated on the envelope of viral vector, hereby selectively infecting and transducting the T-cells. We will additionally employ genetically-modified mice to test these engineered viral vectors in an optimal manner..
