Description
The consortium will apply multi-actor approach involving (1) public administrations and local governments in the
decision-making process and implementation, (2) consumers to create awareness and by offering them
alternatives to enable them to reduce the CO2 impact of their pick-up movement and involvement of hard-toreach
groups, (3) retailers which can use the locker network as additional collection points
