Live Performance Technics in the European Union

The project is based on the innovative solutions created during the TTT in EU project which focuses on the development of theatre technical training and the PoCeHRMOM project which concerns multilingual competency management for SMEs via a digital platform. By integrating the solutions of both projects and applying them on the undocumented fields of design and technical management, we will create more transparency in the competences and qualifications of the live performance area. The results of this proposal are a set of tools with associated content for the description, assessment, comparison, and (self) evaluation of professions in the live performance field in Europe.
