Project Details
Description
Given the fact that the environment in which managers in non-profit organisations (npo's) have to operate differs from the profit firm environment, the effects of their reward structures cannot yet be accurately predictec. Therefore this project proposes to deal empirically with the relationships between managerial reward and compensation schemes, motivation to manage, managerial behaviour and managerial and organizational efficiency in npo's.
