Through this research project, in collaboration with VUB-SURF, we want to explore, develop and
validate an in-the-field data monitoring using an Electro-chemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS-)
sensor, positioned on the outside of the insulation, and the accompanying data analytics to derive the
