The main purpose of this project is to make an inventory of existing knowledge concerning environmental and health aspects connected with the production and consumption of food. the key elements being : Rules and standardization, information for the consumer, environmental impact of food production and consumation (Inventory of existing knowledge) and life cycle analysis for food products.
