    Description

    Investigation of psychological factors (e.g. innovativeness, computer attitudes, locus of control) that influence attitudes towards, and the use of, different electronic banking devices by consumers (e.g. debit and credit cards, Proton, homebanking and phonebanking). This research project attempts to pay specific attention to differences according to age and to cultural differences between Belgian and th eDutch consumers. these issues will be tackled through a questionnaire design in both countries. Since this project ties in with existing expertise, financial resources are only asked for part of the project.
