TrueFoodS adopts a Food Systems Approach that recognises the complexity and interconnectedness of all elements in food systems. By
encompassing the interactions between natural resources, primary food production, food processing, distribution, consumption and waste
management, it aims to transform post-harvest systems into sustainable, inclusive and resilient components of the broader food system.
